Hub Drop Privacy Policy

Hub Drop sends files, folders, photos, text and the clipboard between your devices on the same Wi-Fi or local
network. It is made by Nguyen Nguyen Huy, an individual developer in Vietnam ("we"). Hub Drop has no accounts and
no servers of ours: we never receive the files you send or anything about you.
What you send
Files and text go directly from one device to another over your local network, end-to-end encrypted (ECDH P-256
key agreement, AES-256-GCM). They never pass through, and are never stored on, any server. A browser that opens a
device's address loads its page from that device itself, on your network.
What stays on your device
- Your device's name, its identity key, the transfer history, the devices you trust and your settings are kept
only on that device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
- To be found by your other devices, Hub Drop announces the device's name, kind and identifier on your local
network (Bonjour / DNS-SD). Anyone on the same network can see this announcement while the app receives.
- A device's QR code holds its local address, name, identifier and a pairing code that changes each time the app
starts.
Permissions
- Local network: to find your devices and transfer between them.
- Camera: only to scan another device's QR code. Camera frames are read on the device and never saved or
sent.
- Photos (add only, iOS): to save received photos and videos to your library, only if you turn that
option on.
- Notifications: to tell you about transfers and files that arrive.
- Storage (Android 8 and 9 only): to save received files to Downloads.
Advertising (Android and iOS phones and tablets)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your
device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, device and app information,
ad interactions and diagnostic data. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, Hub Drop asks
for your consent through Google's consent form before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice from
the app's settings. On iOS, the system asks whether Hub Drop may track you; if you decline, you still see ads, but
they are not personalized. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
See how Google uses information from apps that use
its services. The desktop apps and the Android TV app show no ads.
Purchases
"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment
details. We use RevenueCat to check purchases and restore them. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier
it creates for the app, the purchase and transaction records, and basic device and app information (such as the
operating system, app version, country and IP address). It is not linked to your name or email. See
RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
We keep no data of yours. Uninstalling Hub Drop deletes everything it stored on the device. Google and
RevenueCat keep their data as their policies describe. To have your purchase records deleted from RevenueCat,
email us your store order number.
Children
Hub Drop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and its effective date.

Hub Drop gửi file, thư mục, ảnh, văn bản và clipboard giữa các thiết bị của bạn trong cùng Wi-Fi hoặc mạng nội
bộ. Hub Drop do Nguyễn Nguyên Huy, một nhà phát triển cá nhân ở Việt Nam ("chúng tôi"), làm ra. Hub Drop không có
tài khoản và chúng tôi không có máy chủ nào: chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận các file bạn gửi hay thông tin về bạn.
Những gì bạn gửi
File và văn bản đi thẳng từ thiết bị này sang thiết bị kia trong mạng nội bộ của bạn, được mã hoá đầu cuối (thoả
thuận khoá ECDH P-256, AES-256-GCM). Chúng không đi qua và không được lưu trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào. Trình duyệt mở
địa chỉ của một thiết bị sẽ tải trang từ chính thiết bị đó, trong mạng của bạn.
Những gì ở lại trên thiết bị
- Tên thiết bị, khoá định danh, lịch sử chuyển, các thiết bị bạn tin cậy và cài đặt chỉ nằm trên thiết bị đó và bị
xoá khi bạn gỡ app.
- Để các thiết bị khác của bạn tìm thấy, Hub Drop thông báo tên, loại và mã định danh của thiết bị trong mạng nội bộ
(Bonjour / DNS-SD). Ai cùng mạng cũng thấy thông báo này trong lúc app đang nhận.
- Mã QR của một thiết bị chứa địa chỉ nội bộ, tên, mã định danh và một mã ghép đôi đổi mỗi lần app khởi động.
Quyền truy cập
- Mạng cục bộ: để tìm thiết bị và chuyển file giữa chúng.
- Camera: chỉ để quét mã QR của thiết bị khác. Hình từ camera được đọc ngay trên máy, không lưu và không gửi
đi.
- Ảnh (chỉ thêm, iOS): để lưu ảnh và video nhận được vào Thư viện, chỉ khi bạn bật tuỳ chọn đó.
- Thông báo: để báo về lượt chuyển và file vừa đến.
- Bộ nhớ (chỉ Android 8 và 9): để lưu file nhận được vào Downloads.
Quảng cáo (điện thoại và máy tính bảng Android, iOS)
Bản miễn phí hiện quảng cáo của Google AdMob. Để hiện và đo lường quảng cáo, Google có thể thu thập mã quảng
cáo của thiết bị (Android Advertising ID hoặc Apple IDFA), địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị và app, tương tác với quảng
cáo và dữ liệu chẩn đoán. Ở EEA, Anh, Thụy Sĩ và các bang của Mỹ có luật quyền riêng tư, Hub Drop xin sự đồng ý của
bạn qua biểu mẫu của Google trước khi hiện quảng cáo cá nhân hoá, và bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn trong cài đặt của app.
Trên iOS, hệ thống hỏi bạn có cho Hub Drop theo dõi không; nếu từ chối, bạn vẫn thấy quảng cáo nhưng không được cá
nhân hoá. Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt thiết bị bất cứ lúc nào. Xem

dùng dịch vụ của Google. Bản máy tính và bản Android TV không có quảng cáo.
Mua hàng
"Gỡ quảng cáo" là gói mua một lần qua App Store của Apple hoặc Google Play; chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin
thanh toán của bạn. Chúng tôi dùng RevenueCat để kiểm tra và khôi phục giao dịch. RevenueCat nhận một mã ẩn
danh nó tạo cho app, bản ghi giao dịch, và thông tin cơ bản về thiết bị và app (như hệ điều hành, phiên bản app,
quốc gia và địa chỉ IP). Dữ liệu này không gắn với tên hay email của bạn. Xem

Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không giữ dữ liệu nào của bạn. Gỡ Hub Drop sẽ xoá mọi thứ app đã lưu trên thiết bị. Google và RevenueCat
giữ dữ liệu theo chính sách của họ. Muốn xoá bản ghi mua hàng ở RevenueCat, hãy gửi email cho chúng tôi kèm mã đơn
hàng của store.
Trẻ em
Hub Drop không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin của trẻ em.
Thay đổi
Khi chính sách này thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực.
